Returns

We hope that every match is a match made in heaven. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. We're here to help you through the refund, return and exchange process if your products weren't a happily ever after. See below for more details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Product purchases will be refunded if products are returned within 15 calendar days of purchase and are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Shipping charges will be at the cost of the customer. 

 

Due to the highly personal nature of our products, Aroma Wellness Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.  Open is defined by the seal having been broken or removed from glass jars and bottles, the tear flap having been removed from our heat-sealed packaging, or the spout on our refill pouches has been turned and opened. 

 

However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase (e.g., if a product arrives damaged), please reach out to us at customercare@aromawellnessboutique.com within 7 days of receipt of your items. Please indicate if you would prefer a refund or an exchange and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we may process your request promptly. If refunding, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment and excludes any delivery charges. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days of the refund being processed, please get in touch.

 

If returning, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, less original shipping costs.

We are a boutique business and make our products in small batches, by hand using natural ingredients. Due to this process, variations in color, size, and shape will occur and do not impact the quality of the product.

SALE ITEMS

​Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items marked as sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for refund. This excludes full-priced products purchased with a discount code.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you've received one of Aroma Wellness Boutique's products as a gift, and it's not suitable for any reason, you are eligible to return this product back to us for an exchange or store credit provided items are unopened and in original packaging. To arrange your return, please get in touch with us at customercare@aromawellnessboutique.com. To help us locate the order, please include the full name of the person who purchased the gift and any contact information for them you may have. Once you have completed this, details on how to send the products back to us will be expeditiously emailed to you. Please note, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

OTHER CONCERNS

If you encounter any other issues with or reactions to our product, please contact us and we will respond to you.
