Our Founder
I CREATED THE AROMA WELLNESS BOUTIQUE as part of a therapeutic healing journey in coping with extreme grief. I had been gifted commercially-produced aromatherapy shower steamers by a friend, and those steamers provided me a ten or fifteen-minute positive experience while I showered. They were often the only reason I could bring myself to shower and care for myself at all. Over time, I purchased many different brands and found that some fizzled quickly, some crumbled, others required at least two per shower to really experience the fragrance, and still others left behind clay, dyes or other residue (like botanicals) that I was left to clean out of my shower. That's when I decided to re-connect with my biology and chemistry background and experimented for months to develop my own formula for what I believe to be the perfect shower steamer. This expanded into eight essential oil blends across six product lines spanning shower, bath and home. AROMA WELLNESS BOUTIQUE IS FOUNDED on the principles of Pure, Clean and Simple. Our aromatherapy oils are 100% pure, therapeutic-grade and sourced from companies that are cruelty-free. Our products are only made from all-natural ingredients and are free of perfumes, dyes, botanicals, clays, preservatives and artificial stabilizers. No artificial color, fragrances or chemicals - just a pure, clean and simple aromatherapy experience for you to enjoy. This may mean that you need to shake some of our liquid products before you use them - but if that's all it takes to get rid of the chemicals, we think you'd agree that it's worth it.
All of our steamers, mists, and soaks are created with love in small batches to ensure the highest quality and most personal experience for you. We choose not to overstock inventory to ensure you receive the freshest, most luxurious version of our products.

Our mission is to promote self-love and emotional & mental health through simple and accessible self-care routines. We promise to support that mission through community giving and engagement. Through our Pao's Promise program, 5% of profit from every sale is proudly donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount on bulk purchases by mental health professionals for patients.

AWB is committed to being kind to our Earth, our home. Your product will leave zero waste behind. Every product is sold in minimalist, reusable glass jars and bottles, without the wasteful extra outer packaging that looks pretty on a shelf but not so pretty in the trash.
We offer refills of every product (and at a discount) and to incentivize reuse of the original glass jar or bottle for your favorites, and even invested in easy-remove labels so you can always repurpose our beautiful glass jars and bottles for something else in your future. Our shipping materials are 100% compostable (including the labels), and our product cushioning materials are 100% recycled, 100% post-consumer waste.
